There is a new kind of computer and this computer is actually a stick, once this dongle is plug in a HDMI port it can literally turn any monitor even your television into a computer. This is Google’s latest Chrome OS computer is called Chromebit. The cost of this latest cmputer-on-a-stick falls under $100.

Computer-on-a-stick is not so new, there are other like this lauched by other companies like the Compute Stick of Intelit costs $150 and does the same as Google’s Chromebit but in full Windows 8.1, This sticks is on the market for atleast a year already because there are already Chinese Companies that have manufactures and sells this kind of computer that is based on the Rockchip RK3288 processor.

Not to mention Google’s have Rockchip-based Chromebooks that is why, a dongle-PC was the next logical leap. The Asus Chromebit is great and not to forget the cuteness is very impressive, it is portable so you can bring it anwhere you go, for businesses this is one of the must have practical tools because this can be plugged just with any HDMI socket, no more need of extra cable, in most businesses today the less wire the better. This Chromebit is available in three distinctive colors.

As a whole this Chromebit has a 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB storage, 2×2 dual-band 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and a single full-size USB 2.0 port on one end plus it has Rockchip RK3288 (with quad-core Mali 760 graphics).

This neither be the most powerful PC nor the worst browser-based OS, but due to its affordable price, Google expects that this will create a wave especially in small businesses and in third-world countries.

This particular stick has a different special function that fill a certain need, thus it will stay in the market even though there will be other companies that will produce the same product.
