There aren’t many wireless Bluetooth headphones out in the market that are dollar-for-dollar an excellent value for your hard-earned cash, but then again, not many is like the Skullcandy Grind Wireless. This particular pair is easily one of the company’s more successful products that they have released as of late. In terms of design and performance, it really ticks the right boxes and offers great value for your money. The wired version was already a hit, and this wireless variant might even be more of a fan favorite than its brother.

Skullcandy Grind Wireless Review - Excellent Value for its Price

The Skullcandy Grind Wireless Can be More of a Hit Than its Wired Counterpart

The Skullcandy Grind Wireless can be bought in a wide variety of unique color or pattern combinations. Or, you can simply opt to purchase a more simple look such as the matte black or white design. But if you want to be more “daring” with regards to your chosen design, there are certain looks that are available that will suffice your fashionable needs, such as a come-and-hunter’s plaid motif perhaps?

As for the other facets of its design, the supra-aural (on-ear) architecture for the Grind Wireless does offer a secure fit. Not to mention that it is exceedingly comfortable thanks to its ample padding found on the earpads. Speaking of the earpads, right behind each piece is a 40-millimeter driver. For the right earcup, it houses all three buttons which are for playback, volume control, and call management.

This particular pair of headphones do not fold down into a smaller size and the standard packaging does not include a carry-on pouch, which are a bit of a disappointment but not a total deal-breaker. As a matter of fact, when talking about its accessories, the package is very light on that note. Well, there’s a 3.5-millimeter audio cable if you want wired, passive listening. If you do want to enjoy wired listening, do note that the headphone will automatically un-pair itself from the connected device to promote more battery life.

When it comes to its audio performance, the Skullcandy Grind Wireless delivers a good kick on the bass regions on tracks with intense sub-bass content. Furthermore, the sound does not distort at top, unwise listening levels. Vocals are delivered with an ideal level of high-mid treble edge. Hence, it is able to bring out definition towards the low-mids. Overall, this particular pair of wireless Bluetooth headphones is worth every penny you spend on it.
