The budget-friendly Galaxy smartphone was recently launched in Bangalore, India a few days ago. The J2 is the fourth addition to the Samsung’s Galaxy J line. The new handset can be best summed up as a “phone made for India.”

Users will also be happy as the mobile device will already come with the latest Android 5.1 operating system. The Ultra Data Saving Mode of the J2 is a new feature introduced to this new handset that has the ability to help users save up on about 50 percent savings on their data plan. It can free up to 11 percent of their RAM, and even extend the phone’s battery life while on standby to up two times its original length. Samsung’s new Galaxy J2 will be available for purchase starting on September 21.
