Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently posted a photo of himself with “the most important meeting” of his day, and it is pertaining to his daddy duties. The photo shows the social networking giant’s CEO bottle-feeding his baby daughter, Max. He also used the hashtag #LeanInTogether along with the photo. This is a nod to the female empowering movement by Sheryl Sandberg in which it encourages men to take steps towards goals pertaining to gender equality.

The Lean In Together campaign started from Sandberg’s book from 2013 which is titled “Lean In,” and Mark Zuckerberg supports it and how it can lead women to lead and achieve their goals. Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook’s chief operating officer, and her campaign aims to show men as to what they can do to assist their spouses, partners, daughters, and also their colleagues to succeed.
It is not only the picture of Mark Zuckerberg and his daughter that portrayed the CEO’s fatherly figure across the globe. In the past, he also shared a photo of himself during Max’s first swim and her daughter was only two months old then. Said picture showed the CEO in the water while cradling his daughter’s head. Also, a few days prior to showing himself bottle-feeding his daughter, he also shared a photo of himself taking time off to take Max to the doctor’s to get her vaccinated.
Being a father is such a joy to the Facebook founder and CEO as he also boasted about being able to change his daughter’s diapers in 20 seconds while in a visit in Berlin in February. He said, “I’m a pretty competitive guy, so I timed myself to make sure I could get better and better over time.” His wife, Priscilla, even confirmed this and that there were no accidents during the 20-second diaper change.
Recently, Mark Zuckerberg wrote a post to commemorate Sandberg’s eighth year at Facebook. The said post states, “Today we’re celebrating Sheryl’s eight-year anniversary at Facebook — or what we lovingly call a “faceversary”.” This was written as the caption of the post which also contained a photo of the CEO and COO together in front of an eight-shaped balloon. Zuckerberg continues by saying, “Sheryl, you’ve done so much to grow our community, our business and our culture these past eight years, and to help me grow as a person.”
