An Android wear smartwatch is being developed by Google to work with iPhone. This could mean that if Apple will allow it the Google Android Wear will be Apple’s smartwatch direct competition.
Where can I find this particular iPhone Android Wear?
The Android smartwatch that supposedly develop to work with iPhone is in the works. Eventually, it could mean as a birth of iPhone Google Android Wear that will basically supports Google Now’s ambient information cards, voice search, and other voice actions additionally, with Google’s own iOS apps it should also support advanced features, like replying to Gmail messages.
For now it still a mere vision, although there are already other companies like Pebble, that develop smartwatches which works well with both Android and iOS platform. If Pebble did manage to get some features like music control and watch apps working on its smartwatch with the iPhone, why not the Google Android Wear?
Will Apple approved the idea of a companion app into its App Store?
Apple might or might not approved it, basing with history it is not a secret that Apple and Google has a combative app approval processes and looking in the year 2010 Apple announced that it may reject apps that mention competing platforms, an app was even rejected because it mentioned Android. Does that particular guideline still exist today? Yes it does, what’s the connection of that guideline to Android wear? Obviously it is Android Wear, it can be rejected because it has Android on it a competing platform. A very obvious competitor, however time flies and everything could change and can be negotiated.
