There are many GTA 5 fans that boast to have explored every nook and cranny the game has to offer. However, even though the game has already had a good lung run in various gaming consoles, it would have been thought that Bifgoot was not only a legend in the real world, but also in the realm of Grand Theft Auto. However, it would seem that this legendary creature is present in the GTA world, and people can even play as him/her/it.
GTA 5 Lets Players Have a Chance of Playing as the Legendary Bigfoot, But It’s Not Easy
The recent update of GTA 5 lets players play as BIgfoot, along with other new things. The update also adds an achievement called Cryptozoologist. The achievement will be unlocked when all the player is able to collect all animals for use while in Director mode. This is also done by discovering every peyote plant there is throughout the entire game. One Redditor by the name of YourAdultFriend noticed the description of the achievement to be a bit off as it reads “You have unlocked all animals for use in Director Mode… or did you?” Which puts the player to wonder if there’s more to what the achievement tells the players to do.
Since then, another Redditor by the name of rkRusty set out into the Grand Theft Auto 5 game world to search for clues, determined to solve the riddle of what the description of the achievement says. His investigation led him to find the coordinates for a certain location within the Chiliad State Wilderness. In here, players can find a golden peyote which unlocks Bigfoot.
Players were wondering why they haven’t been able to find this specific peyote before, this is because of the extremely specific requirements before acquiring it. To find it, players need to have already completed the game, then the weather needs to be foggy, and the time and day in-game should be sometime between 5:30 AM and 8 AM on a Tuesday. Other qualifications before finding this peyote include collecting all other peyote while also sparing the sasquatch during an in-game mission (wherein the player has to help to hunt it down).
Those who have already gotten their hands on the chance of playing as the legendary Bigfoot while playing GTA 5 can obtain some bragging rights due to the great difficulty in acquiring this look. The update with Bigfoot in it is already available for the Xbox One, PS4, and PC versions of this game.
