Many who are thinking about getting the Apple Watch is because it provides a lot of functionalities centered are certain facets such as fitness and productivity. However, because the screen of the wearable tech is on the tiny side, you wouldn’t think about playing games on it, let alone search the App Store for games for the device. But lo and behold, there are games for Apple’s wearable tech, and there are even some that are more enjoyable than others.
The Apple Watch has Games and Here are Some That You Should Play
The first up on the list of Apple Watch games is a title called Rules!. The game was launched back when the Watch was released, and there’s a very good reason why the developers of said title joined with the release of Apple’s wearable tech – it’s charm. There is a version of the game for the iPhone and it is a brainy sorting game of sorts. However, the challenges are not quite as smart in its smaller form since the daily challenges are now condensed in a 2 x 2 grid instead of a 3 x 3 grid that you can find on the iPhone version. Still, it is a nice little brain teaser that you can fiddle around with when you’re waiting for the bus to arrive.
Another brainy Apple Watch game that you might want to try out is Letter Zap. Upon starting the game, it doesn’t feel like it’s remarkable original as there are hundreds of word-based titles that you can download in the App Store for your other iOS devices. Still, like that of Rules!, it is a simple and straightforward game that you can play for a couple of minutes at a time.
How about some adventuring that you can with your Apple wearable device? For that, there’s Runeblade, and perhaps the best part about it is it’s free. The idea is, again, pretty simple even for an adventure game. It will let you play for a few seconds at a time as it will let you tap a button to furiously slash away at evil creatures.
The Apple Watch does bring some neat games for you to spend some time with, but most of them don’t offer much replay value. However, there might not be any need for much replay value as playing around on a tiny screen does not offer the best gaming experience. Still, the games does make for a great way to spend some time when you’re waiting and have nothing better to do.
