There are reports that have revealed about the next Apple Mac Pro, but it would seem that it will take some time before it will be unveiled to markets. Apple fans are only left with disappointment as it has already been two-and-a-half years since the firm has unveiled a newer version for the computer. Speculations have already risen since the mobile division of Apple has been taking the limelight as of late whereas their computers are just taking a backseat.
Going back to the post from Mac World, speculations are rising as Apple will announce or even unveil it sometime this month. This is also in time for when the firm will be having an event to launch the new Apple Watch 2, an updated Macbook Air, and the iPhone 6c. However, based on the article found in said website, the code in the OS X El Capitan does bare some hints pertaining to the launch of the next Mac Pro computer. There is a code that says “AAPLJ951,” which suggests the new Mac Pro since it ponts to having 10 USB 3.0 ports, which are better than the current one having 4 USB ports and 6 Thunderbolt 2 ports.
But what about the specs? It is expected that the latest version of the computer will have improve on the Intel Xeon E5 processor, and of course, better RAM. It is also rumored that there will be an option to bump its internal storage to 2TB from the measly 256GB one that the standard packaging it might have. Furthermore the RAM might also be boosted via a separate upgrade option.
As of late, Apple has been seen to have delays pertaining to the unveiling, and even the shipping, of their latest products, and this might include the Apple Mac Pro. When the firm released the Intel Xeon back in June of 2013, it took them six months before they were even able to sell them in the market.
