DESIGN, BUILT, FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS
The latest phone by Micromax is built out of metal but surprisingly the phone is light despite its metal frame and it is slim as well.
Micromax claims that it is the slimmest phone to date. It has a 5.1 mm thickness, excludes any camera bumps on the rear side. Aside from that the phone only weighs 97 grams.
What’s more? The best part that makes this phone a sleek eye catcher is because of its metallic frame brushed with bright aluminum coating.
It has a 4.8inch HD AMOLED display. Equipped with Corning gorilla glass 3 that serves as an protection to the HD screen. The new handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Chipset which has a 1.2GHz quad core processor. This is paired with 2GB RAM.
The Micromax Canvas Sliver 5 runs with an Android 5.0.2 Lollipop interface with no custom skin,however it has some pre loaded apps that includes Apps center, Chaatz, Clean Master, Hotstar, Quikr, Snapdragon and more. Yet you as user the pre-loaded apps can be uninstalled if you opt to.
For connectivity, the latest handset supports a single SIM 4G LTE which comes in a NanoSIM. Also the handset suports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. For the snappers, it has 8 megapixel primary camera while a 5 megapixel for its front facing selfie shooter.
